Walkabout with Partick Community Council

Partick Community Council (PCC) holds monthly walkabouts in partnership with Glasgow City Council’s local Neighbourhood Co-ordinator. These walks give us the opportunity to identify local issues and concerns firsthand, and to work together with the Council and other partners to address them.

Each month, we focus on a different part of Partick—and local residents from that area are warmly invited to join us. It’s a chance to share your thoughts, point out any recurring issues, and connect directly with those working to improve our neighbourhood.

How to Report Issues

For individual concerns such as street repairs, fly tipping, or broken lights, we recommend using the MyGlasgow app for quick reporting:
https://www.glasgow.gov.uk/article/1853/Save-Time-Go-Online

Reports made through the app are logged, monitored, and followed up by Glasgow City Council.

Raise Broader or Ongoing Concerns

If you're facing ongoing problems or have wider concerns you'd like to discuss, we’d be glad to hear from you. You can:

  • Join us on a walkabout

  • Email us anytime at partickcommunitycouncil@gmail.com

We’ll work closely with the Neighbourhood Co-ordinator to make sure your concerns are heard and addressed.

We’d love to see you at an upcoming walkabout! Please check the News page for the date, time, and meeting point of our next one.
